Die Wasserversorgung erfolgte durch einen 1944 gebohrten Brunnen. Dadurch konnten auch die unter dem Donauflussbett gefundenen Thermal-Quellen genutzt werden, die bis dahin in die Donau flossen. So reihte sich das Dag\u00e1ly Bad in die Gruppe der Budapester Thermalb\u00e4der ein und leistet seitdem f\u00fcr seine G\u00e4ste wertvolle Dienste. Das \u00fcberdachte Schwimmbecken mit seinen 25 m L\u00e4nge, heute mit Wasserfilter und Umw\u00e4lzpumpe versehen, wurde 1983 er\u00f6ffnet. Zurzeit sind in der angenehmen, malerischen Umgebung des Thermalbades 10 Bassins in verschiedenen Formen und mit unterschiedlichen Temperaturen zu finden.Im Jahre 2000 wurden die zwei gro\u00dfen Thermal-Sitzbassins in vier moderne Becken unterteilt, und mit Dreh- und Filtervorrichtung ausgestattet. Daneben bietet das Bad auch Kinderbecken und Erlebnisbecken. Im Erlebnisbecken gibt es jede Menge Sensationen, z.B. eien Str\u00f6mungskanal, Sprudelliegen, Whirlpool, Nackenduschen, Geysire und eine Sonnenterasse. Jahrhundert nannte man das Bad S\u00e1rosf\u00fcrd\u0151 (Schlammbad) wegen des feinen Quellschlammes, der sich vom Wasser emporgeschwemmt, am Beckenboden sammelte.<br \/>\nDas Gell\u00e9rt Heilbad und Hotel erfreut sich international gro\u00dfer Beliebtheit. Der sch\u00f6ne Jugendstil-Bau \u00f6ffnete 1918 seine Pforten. 1927 wurde er mit einem Wellenbad, 1934 mit einem Sprudelbad ausgestattet. Im Zuge der neuesten Modernisierungen wurden das Sitzbassin im Schwimmbad, das \u00e4u\u00dfere Sitzbassin und das Kinderbecken renoviert und mit Wasserfiltern sowie Umw\u00e4lzanlagen ausgestattet. Das Kir\u00e1ly Heilbad besa\u00df von jeher keine Hei\u00dfwasserversorgung. Die T\u00fcrken hatten es deshalb so fern der Quellen erbaut, damit das Baden auch im Belagerungszustand innerhalb der Schlossmauern gesichert war. Die Wasserversorgung kommt aus der Umgebung des heutigen Luk\u00e1cs Bades. Nach der R\u00fcckeroberung von Buda gelangte das Bad 1796 in den Besitz der Familie Kir\u00e1ly, dem es auch seinen heutigen Namen verdankt. Die neuen Besitzer lie\u00dfen es umgestalten, wobei sie behutsam Altes mit Neuem mischten, so dass weitgehend der urspr\u00fcngliche Charakter des Bades erhalten blieb. Im Zweiten Weltkrieg wurde das Geb\u00e4ude schwer besch\u00e4digt. Jahrhundert die auf Krankenpflege spezialisierten Ritter des Johanniterordens niedergelassen. Ihnen folgten die Ritterorden von Rhodos und Malta, die neben ihren Kl\u00f6stern auch ein Bad erbauten. Dieses war zur Zeit der T\u00fcrkenherrschaft in Betrieb, wobei die T\u00fcrken die Wasserenergie der Quellen eher f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Schie\u00dfpulver und zum Betreiben einer M\u00fchle nutzten. Nach der R\u00fcckeroberung von Buda gelangte das Bad in den Besitz des Schatzamtes. 1884 wurde es von F\u00fcl\u00f6p Palotay erworben, und damit begann eine Reihe von Umgestaltungen. Im Laufe der Zeit wurde ein Kurhotel hinzugef\u00fcgt, eine moderne Hydrotherapie-Abteilung eingerichtet und das Schwimmbad umgestaltet.Aus aller Welt kamen Heilung suchende Pilger angereist, und viele von ihnen brachten nach erfolgreicher Heilkur an der Wand des Badehofes Marmortafeln an, um ihren Dank f\u00fcr die Genesung auszudr\u00fccken. Die Trinkhalle des Bades wurde 1937 erbaut. Die erste komplexe Heilst\u00e4tte (Tageskrankenhaus) von Budapest entstand 1979 im Luk\u00e1cs Heilbad. Bei der Modernisierung des Freibades 1999 wurde anstelle des bis dahin kaum genutzten sog. Schlammteiches ein Erlebnispool eingerichtet, mit einem Str\u00f6mungskanal, Unterwasser-Sprudel, Nackenmassageduschen, in die Sitzb\u00e4nke mit eingebauten Unterwasserstrahld\u00fcsen f\u00fcr R\u00fcckenmassagen, Whirlpool, Geysire, Sprudelbett und viele andere Neuheiten. Jahrhundert. Unter der Kuppel von 10 m Durchmesser, welche von 8 S\u00e4ulen gest\u00fctzt wird, befindet sich ein achteckiges Becken. Das Thermalbad kann seit 1936 nur von Herren besucht werden. Das therapeutische Schwimmbecken mit Sauna wurde 1986 erbaut.In der Trinkhalle des Bades kann man im Rahmen einer Trinkkur das Wasser der Quellen Hung\u00e1ria, Attila und Juventus trinken. erste Denkmal-Br\u00fccke der Hauptstadt, im Hintergrund mit der Budaer Burg bietet ein wunderbarer Anblick, der bereits viele Touristen nach Budapest lockte. Im Auftrag vom Graf Istv\u00e1n Sz\u00e9chenyi wurde die Br\u00fccke vom Planer William Tierney Clark entworfen und von Adam Clark von 1839 bis 1849 ausgef\u00fchrt. Die Zerst\u00f6rungen des Weltkrieges \u00fcberlebte auch diese Donau-Br\u00fccke nicht, im Jahre 1949, zum 100. Jahrestag der Erstellung wurde sie neu aufgebaut. Auf den Tunnel der Budaer Seite kann man auch zu Fu\u00df hinaufgehen, von hier hat man dann ein ausgezeichnetes Panorama auf die Donau. N\u00f6rdlich und s\u00fcdlich davon befinden sich die Sitzungss\u00e4le und R\u00e4ume f\u00fcr repr\u00e4sentative Zwecke, sowie knapp 700 weitere R\u00e4ume. STEPHANS- BASILICA<\/h2><div class='av-subheading av-subheading_below'><p>Die St.-Stephans-Basilika liegt am St.-Stephans-Platz im Stadtteil Pest und ist seit ihrer Einweihung im Jahre 1905 die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Kirche der ungarischen Hauptstadt Budapest und Konkathedrale des r\u00f6misch-katholischen Erzbistums Esztergom-Budapest. Im Innern finden bis zu 8.500 Menschen Platz. Die in der N\u00e4he der Kettenbr\u00fccke befindliche Kirche ist dem ersten christlichen ungarischen K\u00f6nig Istv\u00e1n gewidmet. Urspr\u00fcnglich wurde sie von Pesther Deutschen als St. Leopold Pfarrkirche errichtet, der Unterbezirk hei\u00dft noch heute Leopoldstadt. St. Leopold von Babenberg ist ein Gr\u00fcnder Oesterreichs. Im Eingangsbereich findet man eine Skulptur des heiligen Gell\u00e9rt mit seinem Sch\u00fcler St. Emerich, Sohn K\u00f6nigs Stephan des Heiligen. Des Weiteren beherbergt die Basilika viele Glasmalereien, Gem\u00e4lde und Skulpturen. Als erstes ungarisches Kirchengeb\u00e4ude erhielt sie durch Papst Pius XI. 1931 den Titel einer Basilica minor.[1] 1987 wurde sie als Teil der Donaupanoramas UNESCO-Welterbe.<\/p>\n<\/div><div Hauptstadt Budapest dominieren das Millenniums- und das Heldendenkmal, umgeben von der Kolonnade. Heldenplatz befindet sich im Stadtteil Pest. Der Heldanplatz wird oft zum Tor des Stadtw\u00e4ldchen(V\u00e1rosliget) markiert. Der Heldenplatz ist Weltkulturerbe der UNESCO. Der Beschlu\u00df zum Bau dieses \u201eDenkmals der Helden Ungarns\u201c wurde im Jahre 1896, zum 1000sten Jubil\u00e4um der ungarischen Landnahme, getroffen. Drei Jahre Sp\u00e4ter begannen die Bauarbeiten, welche erst 30 Jahr danach, n\u00e4mlich 1929 abgeschlossen worden sind.Der Heldenplatz und die darauf befindlichen Denkm\u00e4ler gro\u00dfer Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten, wurden von dem Architekten Albert Schickedanz und der Bildhauer Gy\u00f6rgy Zala entworfen und umgesetzt. Auf dem Platz befinden sich das Millenniumsdenkmal (Millenniumi eml\u00e9km\u0171), das Heldendenkmal sowie die Kolonnade, ein halbkreisf\u00f6rmiges Gebilde aus S\u00e4ulen. Das Millenniumsdenkmal ist das zentrale element des Platzes. der Doh\u00e1ny utca (\u2018Tabakstra\u00dfe\u2018) ist eine nach Pl\u00e4nen des Wiener Architekten Ludwig F\u00f6rster 1854-59 im maurischen Stil f\u00fcr die Pester j\u00fcdische Gemeinde errichtete Synagoge in Budapest. Sie folgte dem gem\u00e4\u00dfigten Ritus, der in Ungarn als Neolog (etwa \u00e4hnlich zum Konservativen Judentum) bezeichnet wird und ist mit rund 3000 Sitzpl\u00e4tzen Europas gr\u00f6\u00dfte Synagoge. Die Synagoge hat \u00c4hnlichkeiten mit der gleichzeitig von F\u00f6rster in Wien geplanten Leopoldst\u00e4dter Synagoge in der Tempelgasse, ist jedoch bedeutend gr\u00f6\u00dfer. Beide Synagogen sind in einem \u201emaurischen\u201c Stil gehalten, der haupts\u00e4chlich von der Alhambra in Granada, aber auch von der babylonischen und assyrischen sowie der islamischen Architektur \u00c4gyptens und der T\u00fcrkei beeinflusst ist. Auch war man der Meinung, der Bau sei dem antiken salomonischen Tempel \u00e4hnlich, besonders die beiden T\u00fcrme lehnen sich an die beiden S\u00e4ulen Jachin und Boas desselben an. H\u00fcgel mit der Citadella bietet eindeutig das beste Panorama von Budapest, 360 Grad! Man kann hier auch sehr gut den Unterschied zwischen Buda und Pest erkennen. Die Zitadelle war eine alte Festungsanlage der Habsburger, um von ganz oben einen strengen Blick auf die revolutionsfreudigen Ungarn zu haben. Die Freiheitsstatue stammt noch aus der sowjetischen Zeit und ist eines der Wahrzeichen der Stadt. Vom Gell\u00e9rt Bad kann man loslegen und hinaufsteigen und dabei auch einen Besuch der Felsenkapelle abstatten.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"special-heading-border\"><div
